- Can you print my logo on the product?
Yes. We customize all products with your logos or any other artwork you provide. We offer customization using many techniques like printing, embroidery, embossing, engraving, etc depending on the type of product.

- Can you print individual names on the product?
Yes. We can customize individual names on most products. You will see the possibilities in the “Customization Options” section in the respective product page.
- Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes. We can Gift Wrap the products if you wish. This service can be offered at an extra price and will take additional time to deliver. You can speak to our representative about this at the time of pacing the order.
- How do I know what the product will look like with my logo on it?
Our design team will share with you, a Sample Approval Sheet(SAS), once you share the logo and other details. In an SAS, your logo will be graphically placed at the appropriate position on the product image, so that you have a clear expectation of what the end product will look like.
- Can I see samples?
Of course. Please let us know about your requirements. Depending on your convenience, we will either share the closest location where you can see the sample or send a representative along with samples that you are interested in. If you are in a location where we do not have operations, we will be happy to send you samples by courier against a refundable deposit.
- I need something custom designed as per my requirement. Can you supply?
Yes. There are many occasions when we make custom designed products to suit our client’s requirement. Please let us know what you have in mind and we can work on it for you.
- I can’t find what I’m looking for. Can you supply what’s not on your website?

- What is the quality assurance you offer?
We stand by the quality of all products that we deliver. Every order goes through necessary quality checks before it is delivered. We will address every quality related concern you may have.
- How much time do you take to deliver?
The time taken to deliver an order varies from product to product. In the respective product page you will find the “Usual Delivery Time” for the product. This is an indicative time that it takes for dispatching the goods from Bengaluru along with all customization that you might have ordered. The time taken for the goods to reach you depends on your city of delivery.
- If I need faster delivery than what has been mentioned, can you help?
The “Usual Delivery Time” is mentioned for every product. Sometimes, it is possible to speed it up slightly. Speak to our representative about the delivery timeline that you are looking at and we will let you know if that is doable. However, on occasions when we have to make faster deliveries, we will need to spend additional on freight and operations, due to which we will have to charge you extra for the service.
- Can you ship to multiple locations?

- What are your payment methods and terms?
Our payment terms are usually 50% advance and 50% against delivery. However, if you are a part of a large organization and offer different payment terms, please let us know. We may be flexible with our payment terms, depending on your organization.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, online transfers or by credit/debit cards.
- We will need your company details to register you as a vendor in our system. Can you please share the details?
